2025 Rate Changes Affecting Your Bill

July 1, 2025, water rate increases from $4.65 per 1,000 gallons to $4.77 per 1,000 gallons (2.5%). For HUD water customers the minimum water bill will increase to $11.50 and the minimum bill for sewer will be $14.00. For White House Utility District sewer customers billed by HUD, the minimum sewer bill will be $16.75. There will be no increase on sewer volume rates or the Metro treatment fees.
