2026 Rate Changes Affecting Your Bill
July 1, 2026, the water rate increases from $4.77 per 1,000 gallons to $4.90 per 1,000 gallons (2.75%). For HUD water customers the minimum water bill will remain at $11.50. Sewer rates will increase from $5.97 per 1,000 gallons to $6.15 per 1,000 gallons while the minimum bill for sewer will remain $14.00. For White House Utility District sewer customers billed by HUD, sewer rates will increase from $7.35 per 1,000 gallons to $7.45 per 1,000 gallons while the minimum bill for sewer will remain $16.75. There will be no increase on sewer for the Metro treatment fees.
