Response to COVID-19

(Updated June 6) We are following the guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control and Sumner County’s Health Department in responding to COVID-19 in our service area. Providing safe and plentiful drinking water to our customers has always been our mission statement, and we will continue to work diligently to provide reliable drinking water and sewer service to our customers. Your drinking water is treated using membrane filtration technology which, is more than capable of removing viruses, including the Covid-19 virus.
We recognize that this is a stressful time for many and want to continue to reassure you that your health, as well as the health of our employees and community members, remains a top priority.
Our lobby reopened June 1, 2020. We have restrictions posted as you enter the building, please read carefully before coming in.
We encourage you to continue utilizing the drop box, drive-thru, paying online at or by phone at 1-855-948-1817. Thank you all for understanding. Penalties and Disconnects were suspended in March 2020, we will resume on June 15, 2020. If you need to make arrangements please call our office at (615)824-3717.
